Richmond Heritage House
Roeberry House located in the heart of Richmond is a two-storey rendered stone Italianate building. The main body of the building is a single-fronted terrace- style building. The roof is concealed behind a parapet with a moulded cornice and central segmental pediment bearing the words ROEBERRY HOUSE.
The backyard feature wall seeks inspiration from Mediterranean style architecture and interior arches within the residential home.
The existing brick is on the south wall is retained and transformed into a timber lounge deck. A bougainvillea feature tree is placed against a lightweight climbing frame with rustic pots placed throughout the backyard.
A light filled courtyard filled with tropical ferns, palms and succulents.
Views of a feature Spanish style fountain can be seen from inside the residence along with a feature freestanding printed glass arch glass artwork piece against the northern brick wall.
Organic bluestone steppers surrounded with groundcovers allow for maintenance access to the courtyard.
